Job in Germany : System administrator (m / f / d)

To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a System Administrator (m / f / d) for our location in Düsseldorf at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks with us

1. 2nd and 3rd level support for both the software infrastructure and the clients
2. Administration, configuration and optimization in the areas of operating system, virtualization, Microsoft 365, Exchange online, SharePoint, Azure, Business & Service applications both cloud based and on site in the Damovo data center in Düsseldorf
3. Contact person for users with content-related questions about the respective software
4. Responsibility for lifecycle management of the relevant software and operating systems; administration and documentation of IT assets
5. Requesting and assigning authorizations for relevant systems such as AD, AAD, SharePoint and others

What you bring with you

1. Completed vocational training, e.g. as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification and professional experience in a position in the Microsoft environment
2. Experience in the field of IT support
3. Experienced handling of Microsoft Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022, Active Directory, Authorization Management and GPO
4. Knowledge of MS Cloud, Microsoft Intune, and Veeam Backup an advantage
5. Initial experience in SharePoint, Linux, WSUS and PowerShell
6. Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
