Your tasks
  • Acquiring new customers through targeted sales strategies
  • Managing your sales pipeline with CRM based on standardized KPIs
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with potential customers for long-term partnerships
  • Presenting, coordinating, and negotiating offers with customers
  • Developing tailored sales approaches for target customers
  • Collaborating with marketing and managing joint lead generation activities
Your profile
  • Several years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT or telecommunications
  • Degree in business, IT, or comparable qualification (advantageous)
  • Passion for building customer relationships
  • Proven success in customer acquisition and contract closure, working with KPIs
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, convincing presentation of complex offers
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, structured work style
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales software
  • Class B driving license
  • Fluent written and spoken German; additional languages are a plus
