These are your main areas of activity

• You take on the central interface function between customers, external service providers and internal departments
• You are responsible for planning, controlling and monitoring the entire progress of the project, including risk management
• You lead the project team and promote its development
• You provide the necessary structure and organization of the project environment
• You actively support the project team during the transition to operations and ensure a smooth process
• You create all project-relevant documentation in accordance with internal processes and standards
• You prepare and moderate meetings and document the results

What you bring with you

• You have a degree, training or a career change in the business or IT sector
• You have at least three years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally with a focus on agile software development or DevOps
• Project management certification (Prince2, GPM or PMP) as well as ITIL experience and knowledge of agile methods are an advantage
• You have experience in using project management and collaboration tools (Jira and Confluence)
• You have very good presentation skills and a confident manner
• Your way of working is structured, reliable and characterized by a proactive, service-oriented mindset
• You can think entrepreneurially and grasp complex relationships quickly
• You speak very good German and good English
