Network administrator / IT specialist (m / f / d)

Tasks:

• You will support the expansion, administration, monitoring and optimization of the network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, router, switches) and the administration and installation of the server landscape (VMware, Windows Server, Citrix, HCL Notes).
• You carry out problem analysis, troubleshooting and support in the hardware and software area, server / client side.
• You record requirements for technical concepts and contribute to their creation.
• You document the implemented solutions.
• You manage and monitor external service providers.
• You will provide 2nd and 3rd level support as well as support for user problems at the head office and the branch offices in Frankfurt am Main.

Requirements:

• Successfully completed IT training or a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience.
• Sound experience in firewall (Fortinet) and network administration (LAN, WLAN, VPN) as well as good knowledge in the administration of Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Windows, client and server operating systems and virtualization solutions (VMware).
• Microsoft 365 administration knowledge is an advantage.
• Customer orientation, initiative and the ability to familiarize yourself with issues independently.
• Solution-oriented and meticulous working style as well as the ability to cooperate and work in a team.
