IT Service Desk Specialist (m / f / d)
Role Overview

As an experienced IT Service Desk Specialist (m / f / d), you will serve as a point of contact for employees facing technical issues and queries. You will be the first point of contact for all IT-related questions, supporting our team with technical troubleshooting, setup, and system configuration.

Your Responsibilities
  • Receiving support requests via ticket system or telephone
  • Analyzing and resolving technical problems
  • Documenting problem solutions and instructions
  • Supporting the setup and configuration of IT systems
  • Ensuring smooth service desk operations
Candidate Profile
  • Completed training in the IT sector or comparable professional qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in IT, with good to very good knowledge of IT application support and Windows-based client and server environments
  • Good knowledge of common operating systems and applications
  • Experience with ticket systems and remote support tools
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a team and reliability
  • Proficiency in German and English
