IT Operations Engineer

Your contribution

Your team is passionate about technology and responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users, ensuring their computer systems, software, and networks function efficiently.

You will collaborate with Software Engineers, Architects, IT System Engineers, and other IT experts.

1. Support and maintain local end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and hardware
2. Lead and participate in IT projects
3. Perform MS Client Engineering tasks, including Windows Client Engineering
4. Manage hybrid cloud environments
5. Oversee Change & Release processes supporting the Future-Digital-Workplace
6. Manage user accounts and rights, providing technical support and guidance

Your background

We value passion and talent alongside technical skills.

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
2. Minimum of 3 years in a similar IT support role
3. Experience with MS Client Engineering / Microsoft 365 administration
4. Supporting end-user devices, troubleshooting, installing, testing, and configuring hardware and software
5. Drive continuous improvement in IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management
6. Strong knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, and Windows device management
