What you can expect from us :

  • As Head of Department, you will assume disciplinary responsibility and technical management of the Support & Operations department, consisting of the #SOS, #SOT, #SOO and #SOLM teams
  • Responsibility for the further development of the department, in particular for the organization of customer support, customer training and the operation of our customer systems
  • Coordination of cooperation between development, our customers and other departments
  • In cooperation with the S&O teams of the sister companies, you develop and operate a global Support&Operations service
  • You act as an escalation level for complex issues and for deciding on further courses of action
  • You are responsible for personnel, including the goal-oriented management and development of employees

What you bring with you :

  • You have successfully completed a technical degree (computer science, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable field of study)
  • You have several years of management experience in the field of IT support, your appearance is confident and demonstrates assertiveness
  • You are organized, adept at coordinating and communicating in a convincing manner with a service-oriented mentality
  • You also have a strong desire to create and constantly improve
  • You are willing to travel domestically and abroad
  • You have a very good command of German and English, other languages are an advantage
