2. Monthly creation of personnel statistics including reporting for the Business Unit
3. Independent operational personnel planning
4. Calculation of personnel-related provisions
5. Participation in financial reporting of the Business Unit
6. Analysis of result development and deriving action recommendations

Qualifications:

1. Successfully completed commercial studies with a focus on Finance/Controlling
2. Several years of professional experience in controlling within an international manufacturing company
3. Excellent knowledge of cost accounting and IFRS accounting standards
4. Proficiency in SAP CO/FI; experience with SAP BW/BI is advantageous
5. Confident handling of MS Office programs
6. Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
7. Understanding of business processes and structures
8. Analytical approach and strong communication skills
9. High commitment, flexibility, and independent working style
