Rheinmetall Technical Publications GmbH in Penzberg is seeking a Development Engineer Electronics (m/f/d).

Position Details:

  • Derivation of device requirements from system requirements focusing on electronic avionics assemblies.
  • Electronic development according to V-model from device level, including requirements validation per aerospace processes.
  • Specification and verification of assemblies.
  • Close interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments and the prototype testing department.
  • Communication with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Preparation and execution of integration tests and qualification activities.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in electronic development at device level.
  • Experience with V-model development and requirements engineering.
  • Knowledge of aerospace development standards (e.g., DO254, ARP4754, DO178) or similar.
  • Understanding of safety-related regulations.
  • Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Doors, Jama, Polarion).
  • Team-oriented, highly committed, quality-conscious, and able to work independently and systematically.
  • Excellent German language skills.
