Qualifikationen

Job Description:

Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH in Kiel is seeking an Engineering Planner for the Project Management Office (m/w/d). The role involves managing large engineering projects in coordination with technical project leadership, establishing project structures, coordinating planning activities, updating schedules, collaborating with controlling, and preparing monthly reports on project progress and costs.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing large engineering projects in close collaboration with technical leadership.
2. Building project structures and defining activities.
3. Coordinating and executing project planning with responsible engineers.
4. Updating schedules, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing measures to meet milestones.
5. Working with the controlling department.
6. Creating monthly reports on project development and progress.

Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• Several years of experience in engineering and project management, preferably in defense or metalworking industries.
• Proficiency with project planning tools, especially MS Project and SAP PS.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong communication and moderation skills, structured working approach.
• Willingness to travel.
