Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement AI applications, and continuously improve AI models.
2. Advise and train departments, fostering understanding of AI applications.
3. Develop innovative AI services for engineering in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
4. Analyze market trends and technological developments to create current and future-proof AI solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in (business) computer science, engineering, or a related field.
2. Practical experience in AI project realization, preferably in PLM environments.
3. Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI, with practical application experience.
4. Knowledge of project management and agile methods is desirable.
5. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
6. Motivated, proactive, with a hands-on mentality.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team skills.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
