Rheinmetall Electronics GmbH in Bremen is seeking an Advisor & Value Manager Strategie (m/w/d) (Ref.-Nr.: DE06139). This is a full-time, permanent position.

As an Advisor & Value Manager, you will develop and analyze a KPI system, derive action recommendations for management, and implement these recommendations independently in coordination with the division. Your goal is to design and implement strategies and innovations for the continuous improvement of the Electronic Solutions division's business activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing direct reporting systems for senior management
• Leading and planning workshops, including documentation and follow-up actions
• Organizing and coordinating activities related to implementation and monitoring of measures within an optimization process
• Conducting parametric cost estimates and evaluating product, material, and manufacturing process costs, then deriving and implementing actions
• Participating in activities of Product Owner teams to coordinate project results

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields
• Several years of practical experience in agile or traditional project management methods or in Business/Operational Excellence
• Experience in parametric cost estimation
• Experience in product management and roadmap creation (e.g., scenario analyses)
• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and Atlassian toolchain
• Strong moderation and team development skills
• Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
