Responsibilities:

Management of the development team

Be part of a team developing a new and exciting FinTech product

Provide clear coaching and constructive criticism to team members

Optimising, further developing and scaling different software projects

Take responsibility for IT software systems

Working with leading technologies

Your Background:

3-5 years of experience at a professional level such as Software Architect/Senior Developer

Experience with Spring Boot & Cloud, Docker, PostgreSQL and Microservices Architecture

Agile Methodologies / Scrum, Design patterns

Previous leadership experience is a bonus

You are motivated, analytical and goal-orientated
