Responsibilities and Duties

• Work through the entire software project lifecycle, including design, implementation, and testing
• Execute software and interface design tasks, considering feasibility, reusability, maintainability, security, and performance
• Ensure compliance with software and aircraft development standards
• Work in an agile environment
• Promote collaboration within the project team and with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering or a related field
• At least three years of experience in object-oriented software development
• Good knowledge of avionics systems related to software design, implementation, and testing
• Familiarity with current Java ecosystem technologies and their application
• Experience with source code management, UML, OO design, and design patterns
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Experience with military projects and communication analysis is advantageous
