Job Description

• Join our cross-functional team aimed at making our Customer Support team more effective and satisfying our next million clients!
• Work as a Backend/Salesforce Engineer.
• Maintain and evolve our Salesforce solutions for Customer Support.
• Build features in the Scalable Capital backend services related to Customer Support and Self-Service.
• Create, run, and improve microservices as well as frontend code using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Leverage AWS cloud and serverless services to build and run our platform efficiently.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code, treating security as a first-class concern.
• Work with cutting-edge technologies and be part of modern software development practices (e.g., agile teams, continuous integration and deployment, test automation, cloud infrastructure).

Qualifications

• A university degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or comparable practical experience.
• At least 3 years of software development experience involving Salesforce and Java/Kotlin/Spring Boot backend development.
• A passion for well-architected, testable, and documented code, with an agile mindset.
• Strong analytical thinking skills in both technical and product domains.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Background in the financial industry and financial software development is an advantage.
