Java Developer (m/f/d)

We are always on the lookout for outstanding talent to help us further develop our innovative software solutions for corporate tax departments and support our customers in using them.

As a medium-sized company with just under 50 employees, we have established ourselves as one of the leading software manufacturers for tax ERP systems since our foundation in 2002. Our customers are primarily well-known international corporations that have relied on the outstanding quality of our software for calculating and mapping corporate taxes and our excellent customer support for many years. In addition, we offer hosting services and other software solutions in the tax area in collaboration with various cooperation partners.

To further develop our applications, we are now looking for reinforcement for our software team as a Java developer (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

• Modeling and implementation of a multi-tier web application
• Backend architecture (Apache Tomcat, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL, MS Server)
• Creation of technical concepts (processes, architecture) in close collaboration with other colleagues
• Technical system documentation
  
  

Our Desired Profile

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or mathematics with a focus on computer science or a completed apprenticeship, e.g. as an IT specialist in application development,
• Several years of development experience (from 4 years),
• very good knowledge of object-oriented programming with Java,
• Handling of typical web frameworks such as Hibernate, Spring,
• Experience in database development with MySQL or MSSQL as well as with WebServices / SOAP, XML, Maven, Git, Gerrit, Jenkins,
• Enjoy abstract thinking and agile development methods,
• Strong analytical skills and a flexible and structured way of working,
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex issues clearly and comprehensibly
