Job Summary:

We are looking for a Janitor to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our premises in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and carpets.
2. Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
3. Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins.
4. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, breakrooms, and conference rooms.
5. Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and used.
6. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
7. Assist with special cleaning and maintenance projects as assigned.
8. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
9. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with colleagues and visitors.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a janitor or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
