Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ITSM processes by designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions as a team.
• Combine business requirements with best practices to create added value.
• Implement interfaces to enhance automation.
• Support the operation and improvement of a user-centered service portal and other communication channels.
• Introduce and develop additional business processes and modules on the existing platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
• Extensive experience in software development and ServiceNow interface integration.
• Strong understanding of process and workflow integration.
• Expertise in ITIL, ITSM, and service processes.
• Excellent written and spoken skills in both German and English.
