You can look forward to these tasks:

  • Process Ownership & Governance: Manage the full lifecycle of IT Asset Management and Configuration Management, each comprising about 50% of the role. Responsibilities include evaluating process maturity, identifying improvement areas, and generating value-added action plans.
  • Process Design & Optimization: Develop and optimize processes in collaboration with IT teams, identify automation opportunities, and create strategic roadmaps for process improvements.
  • Execution & Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs & CSFs, run audits, and implement improvements to enhance process effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Serve as the main contact between IT business teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment with business goals and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • ITSM Tooling & Automation: Improve ITSM tools by adding automation and AI solutions, review demand pipelines, prioritize enhancements, and champion best practices to drive efficiency and adoption.
  • Training & Knowledge Management: Train IT teams on processes, provide guidance, and promote ITSM tool usage to enhance user adoption and process optimization.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Management, or a related discipline
  • Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundation (or higher) certification is required
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT Service Management with expertise in Asset & Configuration Management
  • Methodologies: Strong background in ITSM process development and Agile frameworks
  • Technical Knowledge: Extensive understanding of ITSM tools (e.g., Freshservice), CMDB structures (e.g., Cloud Data Centers and Network Infrastructure), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and automation technologies
