We’re on the hunt for a Support Engineer to join Gosselin Germany. You’ll be the hero behind the helpdesk – calmly battling bugs soothing struggling software users and gently explaining procedures.
Objective:
You will be our go-to person for internal customers when tech throws a tantrum. Whether it’s a moody printer a confused piece of software or a rebellious mobile device – you’re on it! With a service-first mindset, you’ll tackle each ticket like a pro using our trusty Servicedesk+ tool and the mighty ITIL method as your guide.
