We’re on the hunt for a Support Engineer to join Gosselin Germany. You’ll be the hero behind the helpdesk – calmly battling bugs soothing struggling software users and gently explaining procedures.

Objective:

You will be our go-to person for internal customers when tech throws a tantrum. Whether it’s a moody printer a confused piece of software or a rebellious mobile device – you’re on it! With a service-first mindset, you’ll tackle each ticket like a pro using our trusty Servicedesk+ tool and the mighty ITIL method as your guide.

  • Be the first friendly voice our internal users will hear when they hit an IT bump;
  • Log calls into our Servicedesk+ system like the organized legend you are;
  • Solve incidents step-by-step, following ITIL standards like a real troubleshooter;
  • Make sense of vague descriptions;
  • Show first-timers the ropes of our service portal with patience;
  • Document solutions so your fellow engineers can reap the benefits of your brilliance;
  • Help make our IT-services even better – your ideas matter!
  • Admin Just 10-15%. The rest? IT-action all the way.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT of equivalent knowledge built through experience;
  • You know your way around Microsoft 365, ITIL, Teams, VMWare en/of VDI;
  • Fluent in German and English;
  • Independent, proactive and always ready to roll up your sleeves.
