(IT-)Trainee Program Allianz Technology (m/f/d)

The 18-month trainee program at Allianz Technology offers you comprehensive insights into key corporate functions as well as into our product and service units, which deliver innovative IT solutions across the entire value chain.

Throughout the program, you will rotate through various departments and projects, experience both agile and traditional ways of working, and gain a broad understanding of the structures and areas of focus within Allianz Technology.

Within the General Functions area, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s operations. Here, teams drive essential services such as HR, Communications, Finance, Governance, and Operational Excellence, actively shaping the strategy and culture of Allianz Technology.

You will work on projects, support senior leaders as an executive assistant, and gain direct insights into strategic and operational decision-making.

From day one, you’ll be guided by a dedicated mentor who will help you shape your individual learning journey, aligning your rotations with your personal and professional interests and goals.

An international assignment will provide you with additional insights into global collaboration at Allianz Technology. In addition, you’ll benefit from a wide range of development opportunities and become part of a strong trainee network where you can share ideas, grow together, and make your mark.

What you do

Support central functions by driving strategic and operational initiatives in areas such as HR, Finance, Governance, or Business Transformation.

Work within the Business Operations environment to manage and optimize processes for increased efficiency and impact.

Develop strategies and solutions tailored to customer needs to enhance service quality and operational outcomes.

Actively contribute to transformation initiatives by leveraging our extensive portfolio of business and operational services.

Take on project responsibilities with a focus on support functions within the IT organization.

Gain insights into the principles of continuous improvement and teamwork in an international environment.

What you bring

A completed degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, business administration (with IT focus) or a related field with strong academic performance

Initial practical experience in the areas of Business Operations, HR, Finance, or Project Management, for example through internships or working student positions

Enthusiasm for business strategies and a proactive, hands-on mentality

Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and a drive to make things happen

Very good command of English; additional languages are a plus

Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: process optimization, HR, or project management

You will receive an unlimited employment contract at the start of the IT trainee program.
