As a member of the Workplace Trust team, you will play a key role in operationalizing privacy for Amazon's global employee, candidate, and contingent worker populations. Your responsibilities include engaging with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliant outcomes and creating holistic document packages for Employee Representative Bodies to review.

You will need strong stakeholder and process management skills, excellent communication abilities tailored to diverse audiences, and technical savvy to translate IT and tech requirements into clear, high-quality documents. Familiarity with Employee Representative Bodies and experience creating documents for them will be advantageous.

The role involves supporting stakeholders, proactively addressing concerns, synthesizing data, and improving document creation processes for scalability. Daily tasks include aligning stakeholders for timely information delivery, incorporating feedback, driving strategic changes, and addressing questions from senior stakeholders about tools and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Consulting with Product Teams, Privacy Specialists, Legal, and HR on applications requiring Employee Representative Body action.
2. Preparing documentation for applications presented to Employee Representative Bodies and addressing related questions.
3. Understanding concerns, developing plans to address root causes.
4. Providing status updates to senior stakeholders on document creation progress.
5. Monitoring risks, developing remediation actions, and securing stakeholder commitment.
6. Drafting narratives on gaps, risks, and recommendations.
7. Updating launch teams on approvals, rejections, or questions.

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience implementing process improvements using data and metrics
• Proficiency in German and English (speaking, writing, reading)
• Experience translating documents
