We are looking for a Technical Consultant with deep knowledge of ManageEngine—particularly in IT Operations and full-stack observability platforms or similar solutions. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in demonstrating the power and impact of our full-stack observability portfolio to prospective clients, helping them unlock true operational excellence.
This is a remote role, and we are accepting applications from all parts of Germany. However, please note that it will require periodic travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects and customers (both online and on-site) to understand business and technical needs.
- Deliver product presentations, technical demos, and proof-of-concepts tailored to client environments.
- Translate business requirements into tailored ManageEngine Network monitoring solutions, server & application performance monitoring solutions & Digital Experience Monitoring solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to drive solution alignment and deal closure.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other technical documentation.
- Stay updated with product developments, features, and roadmaps & Provide feedback to product teams for continual improvement.
- Customer Success: Work closely with customers to understand their Business service performance challenges and implement tailored solutions using ManageEngine products.
- Represent ManageEngine at industry events, user groups, and conferences to showcase our solutions.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in areas such as OpenTelemetry standards, distributed systems, AI/ML-driven performance bottleneck detection, Docker and containerization technologies, and network infrastructure management (implementation, configuration, or pre-sales).
- Strong communication and presentation abilities along with fluency in German.
- Ability to handle customer objections and technical queries confidently.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with comparable tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Solar winds, Datadog, Grafana, New relic, PRTG, AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Google Cloud Operations tools or equivalent platforms is required.
- Certifications around Cloud Architect Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP), SRE certifications, CCNA, CCNP certifications could be a value add.
