Aufgaben

Caceis Bank S.A., Germany Branch is looking for an IT Technical / Business Analyst in the TAX area (German tax Abgeltungssteuer and tax certificates, relief at source and tax reclaim of international withholding tax).

As an IT Technical / Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:

1. Understanding of business requirements, defining the functional solution, test description and execution of system test
2. Coordination with the development team, including evaluation of the technical solution defined by the developers
3. Cross-department cooperation to integrate the IT solutions into the existing software and process landscape
4. Supervision of implementation, test and rollout in production, in cooperation with various specialist departments and external service providers
5. Participation in second level support for business applications with your own area of responsibility
6. Coordination of external service providers within your area of responsibility

1. Completed studies in economics or computer science a comparable education (apprenticeship in Banking)

Erfahrung

1. Some years of professional experience as a business analyst or project manager in IT projects
2. Experience in tax: German tax (Abgeltungssteuer), relief at source and tax reclaim of international withholding tax, tax certificates
3. Experience in customer communication and/or vendor management

Erforderliche Kompetenzen

1. Good knowledge of IT requirements engineering and software engineering
2. Ability to describe complex issues in a generally understandable, precise and complete manner
3. Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
4. Independent and responsible way of working
5. Ability to work in a multicultural team, flexibility and a structured way of working
6. Previous experience with programming languages (z/OS, COBOL, JCL, TSO, DB2)

IT-Kenntnisse

1. Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
2. Knowledge of IBM Mainframe: z/OS, COBOL, JCL, TSO, DB2. E.g. you are able to read and understand source code. Database structures and writing database queries are no strangers to you.
3. Jira, Confluence
