Manage all SAP platforms across the globe in SAP Finance, analysts & consultants, production support, program management, and maintenance.
Set up and centralize production support, including L2/3, ongoing maintenance of SAP platforms, operational stability of SAP platforms.
Manage non-SAP applications that are part of the financial supply chain process.
Provide resources to execute large-scale programs, including M&A integration.
Partner with business and peers for both functional and technical requirements translated to product roadmap. Build and prioritize SAP feature backlog; leverage waterfall and agile disciplines in SAP deployments, manage project status updates and change communication.
Partner with internal audit and security teams on compliance tasks, to develop and document SAP configuration and implementation.

Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations, Behavioral Science, or other related industry experience.
10+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a management position in an international environment, and a minimum of 5 years in managing SAP deployment.
Strategic thinker who is business-centric and customer-focused, demonstrating the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
Clear thinker who can piece together system and data flows in SAP Finance and identify business/user impacts, data flow, and process flow, also to mitigate risks and resourcing needs.
Proven success leading and delivering large SAP transformation programs.
Good IT technical background and willingness to familiarize with non-SAP finance application topics.
Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong cross-cultural experience and awareness.
Strong written and spoken English skills, in both written and verbal communication.
Good influencing and communication skills.
Strong operation and execution track record.
Self-starter, proactive, and collaborative.
Experience in agile methodologies and ITIL-service operations.
Experience in people management, and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
SAP S/4 HANA experience preferred.
