This IT Systems and Process Manager position follows a hybrid work model. You will work 8.5-hour days Monday through Thursday, with a half-day every other Friday. We value team connection and collaboration, so two in-office days per week are required. The rest of your time can be remote, giving you the flexibility to balance your work and life.
As our IT Systems and Process Manager, your days will be filled with strategic collaboration, technical leadership, automation and continuous improvement. You'll lead cross-functional process mapping workshops to uncover inefficiencies and design smarter workflows, driving a culture of continuous improvement. You'll take ownership of our digital ecosystem—administering and optimizing tools like Microsoft 365, Monday.com, Jonas Premier, and HubSpot—and ensure they're configured for maximum performance and user adoption. From managing user access and vendor escalations to rolling out updates and automation solutions, you'll keep our systems running smoothly and securely.
Your focus on compliance will include conducting audits, enforcing contract workflows, and maintaining accurate documentation in Jonas Premier. You'll partner with executive leaders, department heads, and vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions while communicating change impacts and timelines. Each day, you'll develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate process and system performance, reporting on ROI, user satisfaction, and innovation impact — all while staying ahead of industry trends and upskilling to keep our operations sharp and future-ready.
At least five years of experience in business process management, compliance, or systems administration is preferred. Familiarity with construction or project-based companies is also helpful.
