Quantade in Germany seeks a MES specialist to configure, maintain and support MES systems in production. You will manage MES master data, assist with incidents on the line and help design rework processes.

The ideal candidate has vocational or university training in IT, 2+ years in manufacturing IT or MES, strong problem solving, data querying and cross-functional collaboration, plus fluent English; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or university studies in computer engineering, computer science, information technology or a comparable field.
• More than two years of professional experience in manufacturing IT, MES systems or production-related system support.
• Solid understanding of MES systems and production processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with system configuration, data maintenance and process workflow setup.
• Ability to analyze production incidents, identify root causes and support effective corrective actions.
• Basic experience in data querying and analysis to support production and improvement initiatives.
• Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a production environment.
• Very good English skills, both spoken and written. German knowledge is a plus.
• Chinese language skills are considered a strong advantage.
