We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator & PowerApps Developer to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure, focusing on integrating and optimizing Microsoft Power Platform tools. The role includes overseeing ERP system efficiency (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central), particularly for finance, accounting, and inventory management. The candidate will lead IT system implementation projects, develop solutions using Power Platform tools, and ensure the consolidation and customization of ERP systems.

Your profile >>>

• You hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT or a related field, with proven experience in Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, strong project management skills, and a solid understanding of IT systems and integrations.
• You have gained at least 3 years of relevant professional experience within a dynamic environment.
• You are experienced with ERP systems for medium-sized companies, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• You are an experienced Microsoft Power Administrator / Developer.
• You have strong knowledge in database and project management.
• You bring development skills experience with SQL.
• You have the drive to advance topics with a hands-on mentality.
• You show profound English and German language skills in speaking and writing.

Your duties >>>

• Develop and maintain custom applications and automated workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, troubleshooting any issues with these tools.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and carry out maintenance and updates on different platforms from Windows or Linux for Moodle and Shopware services.
• Provide day-to-day IT support, ensuring system uptime and resolving infrastructure issues.
• Lead IT projects such as ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence solutions, collaborating with business units to define system requirements and timelines.
• Manage the customization, maintenance, and support of the ERP system, ensuring alignment with business goals and process improvements.
• Ensure GDPR compliance through audits and reviews.
