We are seeking an engaged System Administrator (m/w/d) near Hanau for an immediate, permanent position. This is a great opportunity to bring your IT expertise into an innovative environment and become part of a future-oriented team.

Your Responsibilities

• Procurement, installation, maintenance, and setup/takedown of hardware and software
• Resolving system and network issues
• Supporting users both via phone and onsite
• Documenting all activities in the ticket system according to ITIL standards
• Developing the system environment

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or IT-related training such as Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration
• Good knowledge of networks, hardware, scripting, MS Exchange, and Active Directory
• Willingness to learn, independent, customer-oriented approach
