To continuously improve our product, we are looking for you as IT System Administrator (m/f/d).

Your typical workday includes

• Being the first point of contact for our customers in 1st and 2nd level support, ensuring quick resolution of technical challenges.
• Supporting new customers through structured onboarding and optimal system setup.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining our virtual server systems, managing Windows Servers, Exchange, Citrix, and SQL applications.
• Ensuring service availability outside office hours through periodic on-call duties in team collaboration.

We expect from you, in addition to relevant professional experience

• A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist or comparable experience as a system administrator.
• Confidence in managing Windows Servers, familiarity with Exchange Admin Center, Citrix XenCenter, and SQL Server Management Studio.
• Experience in handling customer inquiries with clear and friendly communication.
• Excellent German language skills, at least C1 level, both spoken and written.
