IT - IT Systemadministrator (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You act as an interface to the central IT department, to external service providers and receive inquiries from our employees.
• You will assist our employees with all IT-related questions (1st-2nd level support).
• You will be responsible for the installation, configuration and setup of hardware and software (Windows and/or Linux environment) and provide new employees with user training as part of our onboarding process.
• In addition to user helpdesk support, you will also be responsible for device, account and license management.
• Independent prioritization and escalation of tickets is in your hands, as well as the cooperation and further development of internal IT projects.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a similar qualification.
• You have more than 3 years of professional experience.
• You have good, practical knowledge of MS Windows (client, server & MS Office) and basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, network and software distribution and ITIL.
• Basic knowledge of VMware, VDI and VPN is desirable.
• You enjoy supporting colleagues from different departments and like to take on a variety of tasks in a small team.
• Good knowledge of German and English is a must.
• A driver's license is required.
• Personality is more than anything!
