Together with a global team, the Digital Workplace Team ensures the operation of the client systems, office environment, tools, and applications in the ODDO BHF Group and the responsibility of the vulnerability management.
We currently manage more than 3500 devices (Windows) and more than 1000 devices (Android).
We are looking for an IT technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating systems and be capable of assessing and addressing security vulnerabilities in our Information system.
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborates with security teams to implement security solutions.
- Educates users on best practices for IT security.
- Monitors new threats and adapts strategies accordingly.
- Resolves vulnerabilities in our IT systems.
- Manages security incidents.
- Reports on security improvements.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters (Incident, improvement, CMDB, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of deployment tools like Microsoft Endpoint Management.
- Strong knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, batch, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows).
- Proficiency with IT security tools (EDR, vulnerability scanner, etc.).
- Ability to analyze and propose appropriate solutions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Continuous technological watch to stay informed about new threats.
- Completed training or degree in the IT field, commercial training with appropriate further experience in the IT environment.
- Previous experience in IT level 3 support.
- In-depth knowledge of IT client and application operations, Windows clients, and MS Office.
- Experience in troubleshooting IT problems with a focus on the client and application area.
- Experience with enterprise networks and technologies (proxy, firewall, network, etc.).
- Technical understanding of IT interrelationships in an enterprise environment.
- ITIL as well as ITSM tool knowledge.
- Good knowledge of German and English or French and English.
