To expand our team in Germany/ Lauf we are looking for

IT System Administrator (m/f/d/x)

Your Tasks

• Supporting and assisting internal users with IT questions and IT problems (1st and 2nd level support)
• Error analysis and troubleshooting in the hardware and software area
• Administration and maintenance of the Windows server landscape and virtualized systems
• User administration and authorization management in Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and other company applications
• Support for IT projects, system expansions and rollouts
• Documentation of processes, changes and problem solutions
• Administration and support of the network and security infrastructure (switching, routing, firewall, VPN, WLAN)
• Central IT support and support for our international locations in the Czech Republic and the USA
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (system integration) or comparable qualification
• Experience in IT support and in the administration of Windows and network environments
• Knowledge in the areas of Active Directory, group policies, Microsoft 365
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team and service orientation
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Experience with software distribution (e.g. Baramundi), patch management and network security
