The position is available immediately on a full-time and permanent basis.

These Challenges Await You

• Responsibility for our internal IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, Windows clients, networks, peripherals and VMware
• Ensuring customer-oriented and efficient IT support
• Managing user data and rights in Microsoft Active Directory and working with technologies such as Exchange, Azure, Entra ID and VMware
• Support and optimization of VOIP telephony
• Continuous further development of our IT system landscape through weak point analysis, troubleshooting and digitalization
• Planning, organizing and implementing technical projects - across locations and in close collaboration with internal and external partners
• Procurement, installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and its environmentally friendly disposal
• Ensuring IT compliance and adherence to security standards to guarantee trouble-free operation
• Coordination and management of IT projects across all project phases
• Creation and maintenance of documentation and emergency plans
  
  

With the appropriate professional and personal aptitude, there is the possibility of taking over the management of our IT team in the future.

What You Bring With You

• A degree in IT, an apprenticeship with an IT focus or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Sound knowledge of strategic and operational IT management, network technologies, IT security measures and project management
• Ideally experience with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, Azure and Entra ID as well as VMware
• Interest in digital solutions and a quick grasp of new topics and challenges
• Independent, structured and methodical approach - especially in the planning, implementation and documentation of change processes
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and strong problem-solving skills
• Sense of responsibility, creative drive and openness to innovation - paired with the ability to inspire others
• Willingness to take on responsibility and further develop your skills
