Working time model: Full-time - hybrid with up to 2 days of mobile working per week

Remuneration: €45,000 to €58,000 gross, incl. bonus if targets are met

Your Role With Us

• Build & optimize IT infrastructure: Conception & realization of sustainable and innovative IT solutions and ensuring the operation of applications and IT systems.
• Server & network administration: administration and further development of our internal IT systems and infrastructures (LAN/WLAN, VPN, firewall).
• Manage data centre environments: Support & secure operation of data centre infrastructures, including storage & virtualization.
• Client management: provision & configuration of workstations for colleagues and customers - from laptops to VPN setups.
• Optimize & document: Optimizing processes, creating documentation & making everyday admin smarter and more efficient in the long term.
  
  

What You Bring With You

• Education: completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable degree.
• Experience: 3 years of professional experience in IT in a medium-sized company environment - or you can join us because you just really like IT and are ready to develop yourself further.
• Technical skills: Experience with Windows or Linux servers, VMware, Citrix or Parallels & Active Directory.
• Customer & service orientation: You understand not only the technology, but also the needs of users & customers and value outstanding service.
• Personal responsibility & motivation: You are not a "ticket processor", but tackle things proactively. You take responsibility for your projects, think them through to the end and look for real improvements.
• German language skills: Since you work with customers & colleagues, you need at least B2/C1 level and like to communicate clearly & solution-oriented.
