Qualifikationen

• Experience as an IT administrator required.
• Knowledge of common Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office products.
• Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, network policies.

• Provide professional support in the server environment.
• Assist with integration of client and server hardware.
• Problem-solving for technical applications and employee inquiries.

Jobbeschreibung

• Support and assistance for all employees with IT-related questions on-site and via remote maintenance
• Professional support in the server environment
• Processing of faults
• Installation, configuration, troubleshooting of end devices and servers
• Technical support in consulting and project work
• Support and training for specific software and its users
• Assistance with the integration of client and server hardware, printers, and network hardware
• Rollout of mobile end devices such as iPhones, laptops, etc.
• Problem solving and advice in technical support for applications or employee inquiries

Qualifications

• Technical education or similar qualification
• Experience as an IT administrator
• Knowledge in the area of mobile devices, printers, and client as well as server hardware
• Good knowledge in the Windows client environment
• Knowledge in the area of common Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office products
• Knowledge in the area of Microsoft Windows Server and infrastructure roles such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, network policies, print and file services
• Knowledge in the area of networks, routing, and firewall desirable
• Integration of standard hardware such as PCs, notebooks, and printers
• Good English and German skills, both spoken and written
• Self-organized, structured working approach to problem-solving
