IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated IT System Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team and handle various IT infrastructure and user support tasks. You will be responsible for receiving fault reports, supporting users, installing and configuring hardware and software, managing the entire IT infrastructure, performing patch management, and executing service calls in the office.

Your tasks - what you can expect

1. Acceptance of incoming fault reports (phone, email, ticket)
2. 1st & 2nd level user and application support
3. Installation and configuration of hardware, software, and peripherals
4. Support of the entire infrastructure including M365 Tenant and Active Directory Services
5. Patch management and deployment
6. Service assignments in the office

Your profile - what sets you apart

• Completed training in IT or comparable experience
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems (especially Windows 11/Server 2016)
• Advanced knowledge of network technologies (switching, routing, firewall, VLANs)
• Experience in telephone customer support (1st level support/ITSM & 2nd level support)
• Basic knowledge of VMware, Active Directory, and iOS
• Independent and autonomous working style within a team
