• Ensuring the availability and reliability of our central IT infrastructure: you are the guardian of our digital fortress, monitor operations and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• Planning and managing solutions in the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment: you ensure that our environment runs smoothly, manage and implement new solutions. You are also the interface between us and the external service provider
• Designing, installing and maintaining physical and virtual server environments: you build and maintain the digital bridges of our IT landscape, both physical and virtual
• Active participation in the planning and implementation of internal IT projects: you are the navigator of our IT projects, steering them safely through the digital landscape, both remotely and on-site
• Administration and support of our database systems

FirebirdSQL, MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle & Co.: you take care of the efficient and secure operation of the systems in our Azure infrastructure

• Supporting our project team with CRM data migrations: you accompany our project team during the CRM migration, by providing test and backup environments
• Planning and implementing server migrations: you are the "navigator" who seamlessly transfers new Group locations into our infrastructure
• Analyzing, managing and resolving incidents (incident management): you are the problem solver who independently analyzes, controls and resolves faults in areas such as firewalls, routers, W-LAN, LAN and VPN

Qualifications

The qualifications you bring to us.

• You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration and have already gained at least 4 years of experience in IT.
• You are a professional in dealing with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Windows Server 2019 / 2022
• You have initial knowledge of database administration
• Experience with Sophos firewalls and Ubiquiti components is an advantage
• You have a firm grip on ticket processing and documentation
• With your structured and organized way of working, you optimize processes and ensure a smooth workflow
• Your solution-oriented approach and hands-on mentality make you the "game changer" of every project
• With your strong communication skills and sense of humor, you "connect" the team
