At our site in Rastatt/Baden-Württemberg, we design, develop, and manufacture trendy upholstered and box-spring beds, and we are expanding as part of our growth strategy.

We are seeking a full-time IT System Administrator (m/f/d). Your responsibilities include:

• Managing infrastructure and system administration.
• Handling server and client administration in a Microsoft hybrid environment (on-premise and cloud).
• Providing first and second level support for hardware and software, inventory, licenses, and patch management.
• Maintaining network interfaces and working on IT projects.
• Supporting departments in implementing their IT requirements.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Degree in computer science or training as an IT specialist in system integration.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, M365, Microsoft Server OS, virtualization (preferably VSphere), IT security (preferably Sophos), and Backup & Recovery (preferably Veeam and Barracuda).

Additional advantageous skills include:

• Knowledge of software distribution tools (Baramundi, Kace), storage (Dell), networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN), and Microsoft products (Teams, Exchange/Outlook, Teams telephony).
• Willingness to lead or participate in cross-infrastructure projects like Power Automate, Azure AI, or Microsoft Business Central.
