Your mission

As a System Administrator at STABL Energy, you'll be responsible for building a scalable IT infrastructure to support our growth.

Your Key Contributions

1. Optimize and safeguard our IT infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
2. Proactively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, networks, and other critical systems.
3. Collaborate with teams across STABL to craft solutions that address diverse needs, streamline operations, and facilitate technological progress.
4. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
5. Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
6. Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
7. Stay informed about tech trends and best practices to continuously enhance our IT systems.

Your profile

What You Bring to STABL

1. Solid background in system administration, including second-level support.
2. Strong expertise in administering Windows and macOS; experience with Linux server platforms is a plus.
3. Deep understanding of LAN configuration, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft administrative tools, with experience in Azure Entra ID being a plus.
5. Experience in IT asset management, including hardware and software lifecycle management.

Strong communication skills in both German and English are essential.
