These Are Your Tasks

• Handling 2nd and 3rd level support requests
• Installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of Microsoft server environments
• Error analysis and processing of customer enquiries
• Support and implementation of IT projects
• Administration of various applications
• System maintenance and development as well as support in the operation of complex Microsoft environments
• Supporting and advising customers in the planning and further development of servers and networks
• Active participation in the further development of internal processes
