As an IT system administrator, you are an essential part of our dynamic team, which manages and continuously develops the company's technical infrastructure. You will work closely with your team to solve technical challenges and drive the continuous improvement of our IT environment.

These Are Your Tasks

• Operation, support and monitoring of the existing system landscape
• Helpdesk for employees in 1st & 2nd level support
• Systematic error analysis and their sustainable elimination in the areas of program installation and configuration, client and server operating systems, client and server hardware, as well as network infrastructure
• Implementation and commissioning of new applications, as well as new hardware and software components

• Completed training in the IT sector (IT specialist for system integration or comparable)
• Sound knowledge in the administration of Windows and Linux servers as well as in network technology
• Experience in support and error analysis on the client and server side
• Knowledge of the implementation and rollout of new hardware and software solutions
• Strong communication skills and service orientation
• Ability to work in a team, independent working style and a high level of problem-solving skills
