Your mission
  • Responsibility for the implementation of IT services to ensure the continuous availability of the IT infrastructure
  • Developing and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Monitoring and analysing IT services to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proactively coordinating and escalating incidents (incident management) and ensuring that problems are resolved quickly
  • Working closely with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth IT operations
  • Implementing and monitoring IT security policies and processes in accordance with applicable standards

Your profile
  • Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Experience in using common ticketing and monitoring tools
  • Strong hands-on mentality
  • Strong analytical skills and a solution-orientated way of working
  • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
  • Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment and organisational skills
  • Very good written and spoken German (min. language level C2)
  • Very good written and spoken English (min. language level B2)
