BRAINWARE Solutions GmbH, based in Chemnitz, seeks an IT support specialist to be the first point of contact for colleagues and keep our Microsoft-based environment running smoothly. You will analyze faults in hardware, software, and networks, set up workstations, and document IT processes while collaborating with external providers.

Qualifikationen

• Completed IT vocational training, e.g., as an IT specialist for system integration, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in IT support and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, and Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of Linux administration
• Service-oriented, communicative, and independent way of working
• Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage

Your Tasks

• Take on IT support: You are the first point of contact for our employees with IT-related questions and issues
• Analyze and resolve faults: You perform error analysis and resolve problems in the areas of hardware, software, and network
• Set up workstations: You set up PC workstations and support our predominantly Microsoft-based IT environment
• Operate systems reliably: You ensure stable IT operations and, where necessary, coordinate collaboration with external service providers
• Document and further develop IT: You keep our IT documentation up to date and assist in maintaining operating manuals, network diagrams, and other technical documentation

Your Profile
