What You Can Expect

• Ensuring a stable IT infrastructure through proactive maintenance, monitoring and continuous optimization of the systems
• First point of contact for IT issues, direct support for employees and rapid problem solving in 1st and 2nd level support
• Administration and further development of IT security measures, including firewall, virus protection, VPN and password management, to ensure the highest security standards
• Management and optimization of the network infrastructure, including server landscape, Active Directory, cloud services and storage solutions
• User and authorization management for domain accounts, network drives and applications to ensure efficient and secure access
• Responsibility for IT hardware - procurement, management and replacement of PCs, notebooks and other peripheral devices
• Collaboration on strategic IT projects, e.g. introduction of a new ERP system, digitalization of processes, introduction of new technologies or optimization of existing systems
• Ensuring smooth IT operations by establishing clear IT processes and automated workflows
• Planning and implementing an effective back-up and disaster recovery strategy to minimize downtime and prevent data loss
  
  

• Completed studies or training in the field of computer science, IT for system integration or a comparable qualification
• Experience in IT administration with in-depth knowledge of the Windows server landscape, networks and IT security
• Ideally initial knowledge in the support and optimization of IT infrastructures, including cloud services, storage and backup solutions
• Understanding of IT security concepts and interest in implementing further protective measures
• High degree of initiative, combined with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex IT topics in an understandable way
• Hands-on mentality with a strong service mindset and a willingness to take on responsibility
