As an IT System Administrator, you will be part of our dynamic, fast-paced, and international IT Team. Your main responsibilities will include handling tickets related to daily work incidents and ensuring SanLucar stays up to date with new digital IT tools. You will also ensure that all our co-workers have the necessary IT tools, both software and hardware, including their initial setup and future maintenance. You will also have regular contact with our corporate IT Team based at our HQ in Valencia.
We are looking for a curious person who loves simplifying tasks for others and delivering top-notch incident management to our SanLucar team. If you enjoy exploring and sharing new digital tools, this role is perfect for you!
What will you do? Your role highlights
- You will be providing operational first-level support (Windows, network, hardware) with assistance for a ticketing system.
- You will be handling network administration.
- You will be setting up hardware, including the installation of PCs, notebooks, mobile phones, monitors, etc.
- You will be managing systems, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and updates.
- You will be administering and maintaining printers.
- You will be installing, maintaining, and procuring IT hardware/software.
- You will be supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft Business Central.
- You will be analyzing errors and resolving disturbances.
- You will be managing VOIP and backups.
- You will be fundamentally administering O365 (Exchange, INTUNE, Azure AD).

Requirements:
Skills & Knowledge
- You have successfully completed IT-related training/education or study, e.g., IT specialist or a degree in IT.
- You have very good English skills; alternatively, knowledge of German is a plus.
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Server & Client).
- You have good knowledge around networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN).
- You have experience with Windows operating systems as well as MS Office products.
- You have team spirit and a "Let’s tackle this together!" mentality.
