Qualifikationen

YOUR tasks

• Providing first and second level support
• Expansion and maintenance of electronic locking systems in municipal buildings
• Planning, organization and implementation of IT training courses
• Provision of ICT workstations
• Inventory of hardware and software
• Creating and maintaining users, including setting up end devices
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successfully completed a three-year apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or application development or IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d).
• You can already demonstrate professional experience as an IT system integrator (m/f/d)
• You have legal knowledge of the GDPR and security standards (ISO 27001). Knowledge of the IT Security Act is desirable.
• You have specialist knowledge in the areas of Windows client (10,11), network (LAN, WAN, VPN, DMZ), server (Windows, Linux), Active Directory.
• Knowledge and experience with electronic locking systems, scripting knowledge (PowerShell), knowledge of databases (MS-SQL), DMS (Enaio) and specialist applications in the public sector are desirable.
• You have strong communication skills.
• You are a great team player.
