We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are looking for a motivated employee for the position "IT Supporter" (m / f / d).

Responsibilities:

1. Handling ad-hoc requests and questions from the business and colleagues within IT.
2. Contributing to IT-related projects, providing guidance, and setting requirements related to Satair and Airbus channels IT setup.
3. Capturing and sharing knowledge through written Knowledge Articles related to Satair Hamburg IT.
4. Ordering, distributing, and setting up specific IT equipment, ensuring Asset Management complies with Airbus processes.
5. Assisting employees with submitting tickets and routing them to the appropriate resolver group.
6. Supporting coordination of Joiner and Leaver IT tasks.
7. Escalating tickets when necessary to relevant stakeholders.
8. Working closely with various Service Desks within Airbus and acting as first responders during major incidents, ensuring proper information gathering, communication, and escalations.
9. Supporting Airbus users in multiple locations in Hamburg.

Your profile:

1. Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
2. More than two years of professional experience in computer science, stakeholder management, and customer service.
3. Good knowledge of IT Asset Life Cycle Management.
4. Proficiency with IT Service Management tools (such as ServiceNow).
5. Fluent in German and English.
