Your Tasks

• Helpdesk: Processing customer inquiries relating to company IT and independently solving them or involving the 3rd level team.
• Microsoft 365 & Azure: Solution of tasks around Microsoft 365 & Azure, such as the creation of users, support with migrations and much more.
• Active Directory: Maintaining the user administration of our numerous customers and carrying out administrative tasks.
• IT security: monitoring reports in the AI-supported security tool and initiating measures to avert threats.
• Monitoring: Monitoring IT environments and responding to problems. Configuration and ongoing optimization of monitoring systems.
• Project support: setting up and maintaining end devices for our customers' employees. Delivery and commissioning on site.
  
  

Your Profile

• For the position of IT supporter at comito, you should have completed training in the IT sector or have comparable professional experience.
• You should have sound knowledge of the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems and ideally already have experience in IT support.
• The ability to work in a team and good communication skills are important, as you will be in direct contact with our customers and should be able to explain technical issues clearly.
• In addition, we expect a strong service orientation and the willingness to keep your knowledge up to date through regular training.
