Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve 15–25 technical support tickets daily, prioritizing user satisfaction and swift solutions
  • Install, configure, and fine-tune software applications to ensure optimal performance
  • Deliver top-notch support via phone, email, and ticketing systems, addressing hardware, software, and system-related issues
  • Manage user accounts and passwords, adhering to security protocols to safeguard systems
  • Perform routine IT maintenance, including updates and system checks, to prevent hiccups before they happen
  • Oversee IT equipment and inventory, ensuring everything is in top-notch condition and ready to roll
Requirements
  • Native-level proficiency in Polish and strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure Cloud
  • Experience with basic IT support tasks like software installation, system configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to communicate effectively and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate ticketing records
  • Previous experience in IT support or help desk roles, ideally in a multinational or remote setting
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices or similar support frameworks is a plus
